As Designed Broker for The Linden Group, I lead a small yet powerful group of experienced real estate professionals. We take great pride in offering a "Boutique" real estate experience to our clients by giving the most personalized and professional services possible.
I have over ten years real estate experience and have lived in the "Valley of the Sun" for more than 25 years.
Before founding The Linden Group I worked for Coldwell Banker Success Realty as an Associate Broker and Executive Sales Associate. While there, I was thrice awarded the prestigious Sterling Sales Award. I was also a valued part of their executive relocation team.
My education includes course work through The Commercial Institute of Real Estate, Scottsdale School of Business, Phoenix Association of Realtors (ABR and e-pro) and PSI Seminars, including graduation from Woman's Leadership.
I have enjoyed the challenges of running this company while raising my two daughters, Georgia and Sydney. I also enjoy traveling with my husband, gardening, cooking exotic organic meals and researching sustainable/green building and development.
My goals include building on the prosperity of my business while advancing the success of my agents and expanding my professional competencies.

Jana M. George, GRI, AHWD, PHR

Having lived in the Phoenix area for 35+ years, Jana services the entire Phoenix metropolitan area although she specializes in north Phoenix and Scottsdale.  She is a current member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, Arizona Association of REALTORS®, and the Phoenix Association of REALTORS®.  Jana specializes in relocations to the Valley of the Sun, and personally enjoys assisting retirees or companies with the acclimation of new employees and executives to the Phoenix area.  She was also a charter member of the Arizona Real Estate Investors Association.

Jana has achieved the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation, which has only been earned by 19% of all REALTORS®, as well as the Professional in Human Resource (PHR) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).  In addition, she has earned the At Home with Diversity® certification for real estate professionals who are educated about and committed to the concept of an America open to cultural diversity, free of discrimination, with equal opportunity for all.

Prior to joining The Linden Group, Jana worked in the high tech, financial, and hospitality industries in corporate human resources management, training and development, and accounting for Lucent Technologies, American Express and Best Western International Headquarters.  She earned her bachelor’s degree from the College of Business Administration at Northern Arizona University.
